Yay!! No pop today!

Amanda and I went to work out today after skipping yesterday. I walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes and burned 390 calories. Yay! I didn’t have a pop today. Yay! And I lost 1.3 pounds since yesterday even though I didn’t work out yesterday. Also, I set up a sparkpeople account to keep track of my food intake.
Current weight- 309.1 pounds. Officially under 310!!!!




Good job for not drinking any pop!
